Meeting or phone call to discuss your query within 24 hours guaranteed (7 days a week).
Safe Space Support Line Gold members receive a 10% discount on fixed fee proposals.
What can we use the service for?
Determining first steps in responding to critical incidents including supporting your organisation:
To determine if an incident is reportable under the Reportable Conduct Scheme or other regulatory scheme;
In Risk management and mitigation, including managing legal and reputational risk from the early stages of a critical safeguarding incident or issue.
To comply with its reporting obligations, including to Police, Child Protection, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Aged Care Quality and Safeguards Commission;
Assumptions and Exclusions
- The scope of work covers high level advice on safeguarding and child safety matters.
- Matters requiring research, written advice, review of documentation or on-going legal support will be
subject to an additional fixed fee Price Proposal.
Billing
- The Safe Space Support Line fee will be invoiced upon signing of the Price Agreement, with Support Line services commencing upon receipt of funds.
- The Safe Space Legal Support Line can be invoiced in monthly,
quarterly, or annual increments.
