Casey is an experienced lawyer with a focus on building relationships with the people and organisations she advises.
Casey is passionate about safeguarding children and vulnerable people. She is devoted to ensuring the best interests of children and young people is the paramount consideration in all decision-making processes and enjoys assisting organisations to comply with their legal obligations.
Casey was admitted to practice in 2010 and began her legal career in dispute resolution and complex litigation. With extensive litigation and drafting experience, she has instructed in a range of complex matters in VCAT, the Magistrates Court, the Victorian Supreme Court, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia and also appeared in various jurisdictions.
Casey held a voluntary role as a child safety officer on an early learning committee and has experience developing policies compliant with the Child Safe Standards.
